New Visions Women's Program The New Visions Women’s Program is a substance abuse treatment program designed for women in DeKalb County.The program helps women overcome the debilitating effects of substance abuse. 
By addressing women’s issues and teaching new life skills, New
Visions empowers women to develop a life plan for success. The women
participate in substance abuse day services which include a job readiness
component. Aftercare is provided to each consumer upon completion
of this program.New Visions is a solution-focused, gender specific intervention and day treatment program for women who abuse or are dependent on alcohol or illicit substances. We view addiction as a disease that affects all aspects of a person’s life.
