The Kirkwood Center, located in Atlanta near the DeKalb/Fulton border, is
available to provide adult outpatient mental health services, an older adult psychosocial rehabilitation program as well as child and adolescent outpatient mental health services.To schedule an appointment, please call the DeKalb CSB's Central Access line at (404) 892-4646. This line is available for assessments, scheduling

appointments, referrals and crisis calls.
