advance corporate support, foundational support, fund-raising activities
and grant opportunities; to present training workshops for industry
professionals; and to develop partnerships and collaborations to
benefit the DeKalb Community Service Board, as an agency and instrumentality
of the State of Georgia, and those consumers receiving treatment
and services.
