Q: What types of services can I receive through the DeKalb Community Service Board?
A: The DeKalb CSB provides a full range of mental health, developmental disabilities and addiction services including outpatient mental health, psychosocial rehabilitation, crisis stabilization and detoxification and residential services for mental illness; day and evening treatment services for addictive diseases and day and supported employment servicesas well as residential services for developmental disabilities.

Q: What age groups do you serve?
A: The DeKalb CSB provides an array of services to children, adolescents, adults and older adults.

Q: What is the DeKalb CSB's payment policy?
A: In order to serve all consumers, fees are established on a sliding scale based on proof of income. Until proof of income is received, consumers are responsible for 100 percent of the service fee which can be adjusted when proof of income is provided.
We accept Medicaid, Medicare (the applicable co-pay is applied) and Private Insurance that covers DeKalb Community Service Board services is also accepted. Payment at the time of service is expected.

Q: How do I access DeKalb CSB services?
A: The DeKalb CSB has a Central Access line that serves as the single point of entry into our system. The line is available for crisis calls, assessments, appointment scheduling and referrals. The Central Access number is (404) 892-4646.
