Central Access
The DeKalb CSB's Central Access is available for crisis calls, assessments, appointment scheduling and referrals.

Those needing care are scheduled within specified timeframes based on specified intensity of need criteria. Consumers with emergent needs are scheduled to be evaluated by an appropriate provider immediately when warranted or within six hours of the initial call. Consumers classified with urgent needs are offered appointments within 24 hours and consumers with routine needs are scheduled no later than three to five business days.

Consumers are scheduled with a licensed clinician that best matches the consumer's catchment area, disability, payer requirements, clinical specialty, and consumer preference.
