A Health Expo will be held from 10:30-noon.

Who Participates?
Anyone can participate in the Walk of HEROes as an individual or as part of a team or both. Be a HERO and develop your team in honor or in celebration of a loved one with a mental illness, developmental disability or substance addiction. Compete with other teams to be a top team fundraiser or challenge yourself to be one of the top individual fundraisers. Volunteers are needed at the event to assist in a number of areas.

Walk Route/Non-Competitive
The 5K Walk route will start at Decatur Square and wind through the beautiful Decatur Heights and Glenwood Estates neighborhoods. The Walk is non-competitive.

Registration
Download 2008 Official Walk Registration Form. In order to ensure that participants receive a t-shirt, a minimum donation of $10 must be received at the DeKalb CSB Foundation, Inc. at 445 Winn Way, Decatur, GA 30030 by June 9. All t-shirts will be distributed on Walk day at the Walk site only. No t-shirts will be mailed. You may obtain additional brochures which include Walk Registration or Donation forms by calling (404) 508-7875.

Parking/Directions
Download Directions to the Walk of HEROes. Free parking is available at the DeKalb County Courthouse parking deck, located at the corner of W. Trinity Place and Commerce Drive. Paid parking is located on Church Street. (See map for detail.)
